The agenda and supporting papers for the Interim Executive meeting next week are available from the Meeting Minutes page (under the Resources menu heading). Note this meeting will be held in private.
The Interim Executive will meet again on Monday 22 September. This meeting will be held in public and there will be an opportunity for people to comment or ask questions. Further details of this meeting will be made available at the end of August.

Introducing Patient Opinion

In the news section is a prominent link to Patient Opinion, suggesting your story can change the NHS.
One of our goals for the Wandsworth LINk is to deploy tools and services that genuinely help users and organisers engage. Patient Opinion is just that – it is an online service that collects feedback from NHS users about recent experiences (your story), and passes the feedback and users’ scores to the relevant NHS Trust or organisation which will then respond to the feedback.
Wandsworth LINk is trialling the service, and discussing with local NHS services to adopt Patient Opinion as another channel through which to receive and respond to users’ feedback. We are also discussing with the organisation behind Patient Opinion about how to expand their tool to cover social care and other services.

If you have visited wandsworthlink.org.uk before, you have probably noticed the site has changed.
This is part of “phase 2″ of the website development, expanding the site from primarily acting as a recruitment web site to providing information and resources for both LINk members and visitors.

We have set up an online forum or message board where users/LINk members can leave feedback about the website.
In May we very quickly launched wandsworthlink.org.uk – its primary role then was to encourage people to sign up and register with Wandsworth LINk.
But the site needs to expand, for example to provide information and resources to individuals, groups and organisations in Wandsworth. There are a few things going on behind the scenes to help with administration and updating content too, but from the end user’s perspective – what do you think of the new site?
Is it easy to find your way around?
Is it easy to read? Clearly written?
What information do you want to see? Is anything missing now?
