One of our goals for the Wandsworth LINk is to deploy tools and services that genuinely help users and organisers engage. Patient Opinion is just that – it is an online service that collects feedback from NHS users about recent experiences (your story), and passes the feedback and users’ scores to the relevant NHS Trust or organisation which will then respond to the feedback.

Wandsworth LINk is trialling the service, and discussing with local NHS services to adopt Patient Opinion as another channel through which to receive and respond to users’ feedback. We are also discussing with the organisation behind Patient Opinion about how to expand their tool to cover social care and other services.
