Dear LINk members

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to everyone who gave us such helpful feedback on last year’s “Your guide to local health services.” It is so useful to hear the views of patients and members of the public who received the guide and your comments have helped us understand how we can improve it this year.

We have received some very positive feedback about last year’s guide and some excellent suggestions on how we could make it better. We will be using several of the suggested changes in this year’s guide, including adding more cross referencing in, changing the listings so that some services are easier to find, adding in details of other nearby hospitals, and including symbols for all phone numbers and addresses etc. Unfortunately we cannot use all the suggestions we received as we are limited on the number of pages we can add, but all feedback has been taken into consideration.

Once again, many thanks to everyone who took the time to let us know what you thought. We look forward to hearing what you think of this year’s guide.
